Day 253: The New Best Recipe


This is a monster of a cookbook but it's fantastic. It covers just about everything in a scientific manner. The only reason I'm getting letting go of it is that I never actually reference my cookbooks. With the exception of specialty cookbooks, like The Ultimate Rice Cooker Cookbook, I get recipes online. I might have better success if I used this book but that's just how it is. I am keeping a copy of the classic cookbook How to Cook Everything so I'm hoping that will cover my bases.
