It's not something I've thought about much before but one of the major changes in my life over the last few years is I finally stopped spending so much time playing video games. It's not that I don't enjoy them anymore but I just have so many better things to do - things that involve other people. It's hard to imagine putting fifty hours in to a video game now when I so frequently fail at scheduling down time. It does make me a little sad. Video games were a good friend for many years.
