Day 277: Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most

I'm tempted to cut of the cover for this book and paste it in my sketchbook for the graphic design class I am currently taking. We are supposed to collect examples of design in the everyday world representing line, form, shape, color, texture, space, and value. The colorful metallic cover of this book appeals to me.

  1. I had to buy/read this book for grad school. It wasn't quite as impactful as I had hoped (I think I gave my copy away too)!

  2. Yeah, I would say it was vaguely helpful. What class was this for?

  3. A psych/management class about conflict negotiation. The professor was a professional mediator, which was interesting...but the book - not so much!
