It may not look like much on the hanger, but this is an adorable black halter dress. I have the same dress in polka dots and I always get compliments when I wear it out. I'm giving away the black version because I have discovered that I like prefer color and patterns. This is more black then I'm usually in the mood for. I've also been trying to wear less volume because I need to show off my legs a bit more while I can!
