I love tapioca pudding so it seemed like a good idea to buy a box of pearls. That was a long time ago; I'm guessing it belongs in the category of things I only eat if someone else has prepared them for me. I haven't checked for an expiration date but it seems like these wouldn't go bad. Of course I thought the same for the veggie soup I got from Trader Joe's. I brought it to work for lunch yesterday, only to discover it had expired two months ago. It smelled okay so I drank some of it but I wasn't brave enough to finish it off.
