I asked for this lamp for Christmas one year. I discovered the benefits of a full spectrum lamp while I was house sitting. I got a migraine while I was at staying there and found that their lamp helped. I used to get them semi-regularly so it seemed like a good idea. A headache would kick in if I went too long with out eating. Fortunately, I don't get them often anymore. I'm not sure what changed but it's wonderful being free of those damn things.
